Terms & Conditions of Supply
Pre-order Terms & Conditions
Payment and Order Finality
Full payment (or an agreed deposit) is required before production begins.
Once payment has been received, the order is confirmed. Changes of mind after this point cannot normally be accepted.
As each table is made to bespoke specifications using natural stone, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started.
Lead Time
Production begins once we have received sufficient pre-orders to start a batch.
Estimated time from production start to dispatch is 6-10 weeks, depending on stone availability and workshop schedules.
You will receive confirmation when your order is received and again when production begins.
Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as material supply, transport, or production constraints.
We will keep you informed of any updates to your order timeline.
Natural Material and Variation
Our tables are made from natural stone. Variations in colour, veining, texture, and finish are inherent features of the material and should be expected.
These variations are not considered faults and are part of the individuality of each piece. They do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund once production has begun.
Delivery and Storage
When your table is ready, we will arrange delivery to the address provided. Unless otherwise agreed, all items from the same batch will be dispatched together.
If you would like part of your order delivered separately, please contact us for a delivery quote.
Once your table has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for the item transfers to you. Please inspect the piece upon delivery and report any damage or defect within 48 hours.
Cancellation and Refunds
If we are unable to proceed with your order, for example if there are not enough pre-orders to begin production, we will contact you and you may choose either a full refund or to wait for the next batch.
You may cancel your order before production begins by notifying us in writing.
Cancellations after production has started may result in forfeiture of your deposit or payment, depending on the stage of work completed.
Once production has started or your table has been fabricated, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for change of mind.
Your Consumer Rights
These terms operate alongside your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act.
If your table is defective, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
